Prescription refills

If your child needs a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Medical Plaza Pediatrics, contact your pharmacy when you have at least three days of your child's medication remaining. This will give your pharmacy time to refill your child's prescription or to contact our office if permission is needed. Calling our office instead of your pharmacy could delay the refill process.

If your child is having difficulty taking your medication, let your pharmacy and our office know.
